At SurgiCore Ambulatory Surgery Center (“SurgiCore,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to maintaining the highest ethical and legal standards in the conduct, oversight, and support of clinical and health-related research activities. When involved in research, SurgiCore ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and institutional requirements.

Commitment to Ethical Research

SurgiCore is dedicated to conducting research that:

• Complies with all applicable laws and regulations

We follow the ethical principles outlined in the Belmont Report and adhere to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations governing human subject research.

Oversight and Accountability

All research activities conducted at SurgiCore or in affiliation with SurgiCore must be:

• Reviewed and approved by an Institutional Review Board (IRB)
• Monitored for compliance throughout the research lifecycle

We may partner with external IRBs or research institutions when needed to ensure proper governance.
